The Lab Apprenticeship is a hands-on, 8-week practicum for change practitioners who are done watching AI from the sidelines. You'll see real AI-augmented CM work get built in real time. Then you'll build your own. Then you'll get expert feedback.
This isn't a course. It's a practicum.

Why join the founding cohort?
The first cohort of The Lab Apprenticeship is limited to 6 practitioners. That's intentional.
You get Allie's full attention, real-time input into shaping the program and the lowest price this program will ever be offered at. Founding Member pricing is $1,497. When the next cohort opens in fall 2026, the standard rate goes to $1,797.
You also get something no future cohort will have: the chance to help shape what this becomes. Your feedback, your experience and your voice will inform every iteration that follows.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to have a change management or AI certification to apply?
No. You do need some real change management experience - at least one organizational change initiative in any capacity - and ideally, some experience using AI. If you've supported change work and are curious about applying AI to it, you're in the right place.
What if I can't make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort within 24 hours. You won't miss the content, though live attendance is strongly encouraged.
What platform do we use?
Live sessions are on Zoom. Resources and recordings will be shared through a private channel. Simple on purpose.
What AI tool do we use?
We'll focus on some of the main tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Copilot, Perplexity). Ideally, you'll have a license more than the basic free version to at least one tool to be able to build much more sophisticated solutions than what the free options may allow.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if requested before the program start date. No refunds after Week 1 begins. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from participating last minute. Registration can be deferred to a future cohort.
