The Lab Apprenticeship is a hands-on, 8-week practicum for change practitioners who are done watching AI from the sidelines. You'll see real AI-augmented CM work get built in real time. Then you'll build your own. Then you'll get expert feedback.
This isn't a course. It's a practicum.

Over 8 weeks, you'll move through four modules built around a simple rhythm:

Watch. See real AI-augmented change deliverables or work products get built live, from scratch, on screen.

Module 1
The AI-Augmented
Change Mindset
Your personalized prompt starter kit built around your WHO/WHAT/WHY/ HOW/WHAT NOT framework, with a written rationale for each.
Module 2
Stakeholder and Readiness Intelligence
An AI-generated stakeholder analysis, readiness heatmap and intelligence dashboard for a real or hypothetical change initiative.
Module 3
AI-Powered Communications
A polished, AI-assisted change communication package including a sponsor message, impact summary and audience-tailored messaging.
Module 4
Present, Defend and Sustain
A personal "AI in my Change Management practice" one-pager plus a complete portfolio of your four module deliverables.
You leave with work you're proud of and a practice you can actually sustain.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to have a change management or AI certification to apply?
No. You do need some real change management experience - at least one organizational change initiative in any capacity - and ideally, some experience using AI. If you've supported change work and are curious about applying AI to it, you're in the right place.
What if I can't make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort within 24 hours. You won't miss the content, though live attendance is strongly encouraged.
What platform do we use?
Live sessions are on Zoom. Resources and recordings will be shared through a private channel. Simple on purpose.
What AI tool do we use?
We'll focus on some of the main tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Copilot, Perplexity). Ideally, you'll have a license more than the basic free version to at least one tool to be able to build much more sophisticated solutions than what the free options may allow.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if requested before the program start date. No refunds after Week 1 begins. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from participating last minute. Registration can be deferred to a future cohort.
