About Me
My name is Allie Hartman,
Founder & Owner of The Change Curiosity Lab
I’m a seasoned Change Management strategic partner with over a decade of experience guiding organizations through large-scale digital transformations. I specialize in human-centered, data-driven and AI-supported strategies that help change practitioners and businesses thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
With a background in psychology, survey research, business analytics and project management, I bring both empathy and evidence to every engagement. My passion lies in designing change journeys that deliver measurable impact, while making the process inclusive, collaborative and future-ready.
I currently serve on the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP™) Global Board of Directors and hold change management certifications including CCMP™, MCMP™ and training through Prosci, Kotter and the Agile Change Leadership Institute.
I started The Change Curiosity Lab to give individual change professionals the tools, training, coaching and confidence they need to lead in this new era of transformation - where curiosity is just as powerful as data and experimentation drives real progress. Whether you're just starting out in change management or evolving your practice with AI and analytics, this space is designed to help you grow.
